Manual Lymphatic Technique

A technique in which the practitioner gently works with the flow of the lymph fluid to assist the body to clear any areas where this fluid may be congested or stagnant. It may help to alleviate the symptoms of chronic sinus/ear difficulties including allergies.

Cranio Sacral Technique

This is a technique which focuses on observing the deep rhythms of the cranial system. The practitioner creates fulcrums by performing specific holds on different areas of the body. It has very meditative and deeply relaxing components. Cranio sacral work has been known to help alleviate headaches, vertigo and many other concerns clients may have.

Aroma Touch Technique (DoTerra oils)

 The technique was created by Dr. Hill to address four systemic constants: stress, toxic insult, inflammatory response, and autonomic imbalance. Because essential oils contain man different healing properties, each oil used in the Aroma Touch Technique has been selected specifically for its individual therapeutic benefit and aroma. Aroma Touch will enhance essential oil activity and stimulate known body meridian and energy zones while balancing body systems and function. This is a 35 minute technique that is very relaxing. It can be done after any other session booked or booked alone for detoxification and balance. It has been known to assist the body in many ways affecting various dis-eases, bringing clients deep relaxation and possible health benefits.

 Chi Nei Tsang

 A Taoist abdominal massage technique in which the practitioner utilizes the five element system along with specific massage techniques to balance and detoxify the client.  After the treatment the client will often find that they feel rejuvenated, relaxed and refreshed.

Lypossage  (Zone 1 and 2)

Shiatsu

An Asian technique which works with the Five Element System within the body to balance the client on many different levels.  The practitioner works with the 12 meridian channels of the body through acupressure, palming, tapotement and stretching to clear these channels assisting the client 's system to return to a healthier natural state.

  Reiki and energy balancing

An ancient system of hands on healing which is very relaxing for the client.  This treatment focuses on areas of concern for the client and works with their energy system to bring it back to a state of positive health.

Thai Massage

A traditional Thai technique incorporating accupressure, deep compressions and assisted stretching to rejuvenate  as well as relax the client. This modality is performed on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing.
